The T-RAMS product line is manufactured and delivered in sub-sections that are optimized for transporting by all modes of common carrier: Truck and rail for ground service and ocean vessel or air cargo for shipping overseas.
T-RAMS are designed by Trachte for ease of installation either on site or at an interim OEM staging facility. A typical shelter can be assembled in two to three days.
Pre-engineered, pre-fit mechanical systems can be supplied with the T-RAMS shelter for HVAC, cable tray, basic shelter electrical system, and fire detection and suppression systems.
T-RAMS shelters are ideally suited for remote locations, OEM applications and “J.I.T.” programs. T-RAMS work well in applications where electrical and other equipment integration occurs at an interim assembly location for delivery as a fully assembled and integrated solution.
Shelters are typically placed on a concrete slab, a perimeter foundation, piers, or on a Trachte-supplied structural steel floor system. The sectional, small footprint format puts Trachte shelters where you need them, even in areas such as multi-level platforms, inside existing structures, mezzanines, superstructures or catwalks. Assembly requires basic hand-held power tools and a lift assist device.
T-RAMS shelters ship inside of a specially engineered crate which firmly secures the manufactured wall and roof sections in place. This ensures that the product will arrive at the job site with the same attention to quality as when it left the factory. This crate is designed to fit inside of an ISO container for international destinations.
Our precision manufacturing process creates a product with exacting tolerances which allow you to assemble the modules in place for a tight fit, preventing water, dirt and dust penetration.T-RAMS are pre-engineered, all-steel equipment buildings intended to house high value and environmentally sensitive electrical and mechanical systems. |
